PAFOUT-NP Tablets are a powerful pain-relief formulation combining two highly effective and widely prescribed medicines Nimesulide and Paracetamol. This combination is especially useful in treating mild to moderate pain, inflammation, and fever. It is commonly prescribed for conditions like headache, muscle pain, joint pain, dental pain, postoperative pain, and fever associated with infections.

The blend ensures quicker relief, better pain control, and reduced inflammation while addressing fever simultaneously. PAFOUT-NP is suitable for short-term use and shows a rapid onset of action, making it an effective option for acute pain episodes.

Mechanism of Action

Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the COX-2 enzyme. This leads to a reduction in prostaglandins  the chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) works centrally by blocking pain signals in the brain and regulating body temperature via the hypothalamus, making it a potent antipyretic and analgesic.

Together, they provide:

  • Faster pain relief
