Indication for the use of PAFOUT-1000S 

PAFOUT-1000S is used in the following medical conditions:

• High fever
• Moderate to severe body pain

• Joint pain and osteoarthritis discomfort
• Headache or migraine
• Toothache
• Menstrual pain

Mechanism of Action

The working of PAFOUT-1000S is based on the following principles 

• Blocking cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX) in the brain
• Reducing the production of prostaglandins, the chemicals responsible for pain and fever
• It acts centrally in the brain to lower the temperature and elevate the pain threshold

In an SR tablet, the medicine disperses slowly, giving longer and more consistent pain relief.

Dosage & Administration

The dosage of this medicine must be prescribed by the doctor; extra dosing or irregular dosage may cause unwanted problems or escalation of the conditions: 

• Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush, as it interferes with sustained release.
• Usually taken once or twice a day, depending on the severity of symptoms.
• Not recommended for children below 12 years.
• Do not exceed 4g (4000 mg) of paracetamol per day from all sources combined.
